Due to the rise in Covid-19 infections and in keeping with the requirements of the new regulations under Lockdown level 3, we postponed the February and April APLS courses. No new dates have been scheduled. You will be informed once the course dates are confirmed.
The Advanced Paediatric Life Support course is a intensive two day course aimed specifically at all specialists (including those in training) who may be responsible for the emergency management of sick or injured children.

The course is aimed primarily at specialists (including those in training) particularly Paediatricians, Anaesthetists and specialists in emergency medicine. However doctors at all levels (from internship through those with substantial experience in clinical practice) who care for acutely ill or injured children will find this course helpful.
Senior nursing staff and paramedics have also attended the course and found it helpful (although we usually recommend that these colleagues attend a Paediatric Life Support Course before attending this course)
What is included?
* 6th edition APLS manual
* Interactive on-line training material
* Two full day face to face teaching & training
* Certification with the Advances Life Support Group (UK)
* Teas and lunches
About the course
A maximum of 32 candidates attend the course which is facilitated by 8-12 Faculty members.
The APLS course is fully accredited for a minimum of 30 CPD points
