Cancellations should be made in writing and emailed to Cindy Maree at cindy.maree@uct.ac.za

15% cancellation fee applies before 31 December 2018.

Thereafter, a 50% cancellation fee applies till 31 March 2019.

A 90% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations from 1 - 30 April 2019.

No refunds will be granted should we receive a cancellation request from 01 May 2019.

Please note that if we do not receive payment within one month, this registration will fall away and you will need to re register.
