Welcome note from the Chair
I would like to welcome you all to our 3rd Leadership Conference where we share and learn about how we can strive to improve ourselves as leaders towards the betterment of the services we offer.
The theme for our conference is “Inspire, Integrate and Adapt towards sustainable leadership for the future.” We are looking forward to a programme with papers that will both inspire us, demonstrate innovation along with the integration of leadership in the public / private sector.
In 2018, we hosted a successful conference with 250 participants and we look forward to welcoming you all once again to our beautiful city. For this conference, we hope to increase the number of delegates attending. There have been many developments in Leadership over the past few years; some of us have been working in the field for many years; others are just starting out and we hope that this conference will enable us all to learn by meeting old friends and making new ones.
We also plan to introduce an exciting range of plenary speakers who will share their experiences on Leadership with us.
Abstract submission will open on 01 September 2019 and we encourage you all to submit your proposals for the conference. To give everyone time to make logistical arrangements, we will let you know by the end of March whether your abstract has been accepted for presentation, and we hope to have a draft programme available by then.
Cape Town is the place to be for anyone hoping to be inspired by all that we have to offer and to have fun while doing so. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful city from 28-30 January 2021 at the Century City Conference Centre and we encourage you to bring along your colleagues to this prestigious event.
