Due date for all submissions: 12 July 2019                                                                                                              Notification of acceptance: 31 July 2019                                                                                                                             All presenters of accepted abstracts are encouraged to register by the early bird-date which is by 31 July 2019.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                Abstract Guidelines

  • Abstracts are limited to 250 words
  • Please indicate whether you are submitting for oral or poster presentation
  • No graphs or diagrams are permitted
  • References are not required in the abstract

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations will be displayed during the conference in the foyer. Poster sizes is A1 (841 x 594mm) landscape or portrait. We request all pictures used on poster to have informed consent.
