The conference currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
All proof of payments must be made emailed to cindy.maree@uct.ac.za.
Your registration will be cancelled, should we not receive proof of payment within 30 days of your registration, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing by the Event Organisers (CMC) or local Organising Committee.

Cancellation Policy
A written notification of cancellation must be emailed to cindy.maree@uct.ac.za. If you have paid and cancel before the respective dates below, the following cancellation fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to you after the conference.
Cancellation Notice
A 20% cancellation fee will apply before 30 June 2024. Thereafter, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
