Please note that registration fees must be paid within one month of registering.  If payment is not received within a month your registration will be cancelled and notification sent.

Registration fees include:

* Conference handbook

* Admission to all sessions

* Conference meals on Friday and Saturday ( morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea)

Payment options:

* Internet transfers/EFT 

* Credit Card

* Bank deposit/tele-transmission

Please note that all bank charges are for your own account

Cancellation policy:

All cancellations must be received in writing and emailed to cindy.maree@uct.ac.za 

15% cancellation fee applies before 31 December 2018

50% cancellation fee applies until 31 March 2019

90% cancellation fee applies from 1 - 30 April 2019

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after 1 May 2019

Visa letters:

Delegates who require visa/invitation letters should please email cindy.maree@uct.ac.za

Letters will only be issued to delegates who have paid their registration fees in full
