Visa Invitation Letters
Visa invitation letters will only be issued after you have completed your registration and payment for the conference. Please email your proof of registration, proof of payment, and a copy of your passport to Janet Sirmongpong at Janet.sirmongpong@uct.ac.za to request your visa invitation letter.

Note that fieldtrips have a participant limit and operate on a first-come first-served basis. The organisers also reserve the right to cancel fieldtrips if there is not enough interest. This decision will be made following the close of regular registration (7 February 2025).
