Registrations

Activities such as workshops and field trips have a participant limit and operate on a first-come first-served basis, thus we recommend registering early if you wish to ensure a place. Registration for field trips will close on 7 February 2025, after which the organisers will reserve the right to cancel the field trip if there are to few registered participants.

Please note that registration will only be considered complete if payment has been received.

Please also note that it will be high season in Cape Town during the conference, hence we also recommend booking accommodation early.
