ORAL PRESENTATION:
General guidelines:
10–12 min of presentation, followed by ~3 min of questions, for 15 min in total
All presentations to be in 16:9 aspect ratio
Presenting in person from the venue:
All presentations to be in PowerPoint Format
All videos to be embedded in the presentations (please do not add a link in the PPT)
Please refrain from adding URLs in the presentation
Online presenters:
We require a pre-recording of your presentation in mp4 format to be used in case of a technical glitch.
You can present and answer questions online in real time.
Should you wish us to play the pre-recording of your presentation it needs to be in mp4 format. Please be online for questions following your presentation.
We would prefer to receive your presentation in advance. However, if you're still working on it, please ensure you hand it to the technician at the venue
POSTERS
A short presentation video (max 5 min) should be provided in an mp4 format. all videos to be uploaded to the link above by 19 August 2024.
Poster must be A1 size (594 x 841 mm)
Online posters:
Posters should be sent in advance and in PowerPoint/PDF format. A short presentation video (max 3 min) should be provided in an mp4 format. There is no specific timeslot for your presentation. Your posters will be printed to be displayed along with the onsite ones at the Conference Centre.
Onsite poster presentation:
For all presenters who will be presenting in person at the Conference Centre, we also require a PowerPoint/PDF format of the poster to make it available online. All posters will be displayed in a dedicated poster viewing area. If printing of posters needs to be printed in Cape Town, the following printing shops are recommended:
