Proof of Payments for Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) should be emailed to meagan.whyte@uct.ac.za
Adjusting registration tickets. In-person registrations can be changed to online registrations free of charge until the 31 July 2024. You will receive a refund of the price difference after the conference. Following that date, tickets may be changed if external circumstances (such as the pandemic status in Cape Town) prevent travel to Cape Town. Online registrations can be changed to onsite until the 31 July 2024. You will be required to pay the difference in the registration costs.
Cancellation Policy
A written notification of cancellation must be emailed to meagan.whyte@uct.ac.za If you have paid and cancel before the respective dates below, the following cancellation fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to you after the conference.
Cancellation Notice
A 15% cancellation fee will apply before the 26 July 2024. Thereafter a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
