Instructions for slide uploading will be provided in the following weeks.

Poster presentations

Posters should be in A0 format with portrait orientation, i.e., maximum poster dimensions should be 841mm wide and 1189mm high (33 inches x 46.8 inches).

Organisers will provide suitable fixing materials and on-site assistance to help display your poster. 

All posters will be orally presented during the interactive poster walks with the organising committee members (2-3 minutes each). 

Poster printing

A poster printing service is available.

The cost of the poster printing is R400.00. Please have cash available to pay for your poster

Please follow the guidelines below to use this service. 

Posters have to be in A0 format and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi

Posters have to be sent to Yvonne.brown@uct.ac.za by 01 June 2023.

Posters will be available at the conference venue on the day of your poster presentation.
