Registration Information

The conference currency is South African Rand (ZAR), however we have added the US Dollar ($) equivalent in the text heading of each registration and social fee option for ease of reference.

Please note that the US Dollar ($) amount is what is the rate of exchange based on the time of this registration form set up, so it may differ to the current exchange rate. Make sure to calculate the current exchange rate using  this exchange rate link before making payment 

All proof of payments made via EFT (electronic funds transfer/cash or wire transfer must be made emailed to janet.sirmongpong@uct.ac.za by 15 May 2023. 

Onsite registration fees include the welcome function, daily teas and lunches 

Visa Information

Requests for visa letters is part of the registrations process. Once you have completed your registration and payment has been confirmed, your visa letter will be issued via email

Payment Methods

• Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) / Wire transfer to the Conference bank account
• Pay securely online via EventsAir by clicking on the credit card option.
• Cash deposit at the bank into the Conference bank account

 CANCELLATIONS:

 Cancellations should be made in writing and emailed to Janet Sirmongpong at janet.sirmongpong@uct.ac.za
 A 15% cancellation fee will apply before 08 May 2023. Thereafter, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
