Registration Information

The conference currency is South African Rand (ZAR). We have added the Euro (€) equivalent in the text heading of each registration and social function fee option, for ease of reference. Please note that the Euro (€) amount is what the rate of exchange is based on at the time of this registration form set up, so it may differ from the current exchange rate. 

Before making payment, please make sure to calculate the current exchange rate using this exchange rate link below.

All proof of payments must be made emailed to yvonne.brown@uct.ac.za by 10 May 2024.

Your registration will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing by the event organisers (CMC) or local organising committee. 

Proof of IFIP membership will be required to qualify for the discounted rate, this will be requested during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy

A written notification of cancellation must be emailed to yvonne.brown@uct.ac.za. If you have paid and cancel before the respective dates below, the following cancellation fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to you after the conference.

60-31 days - 50% cancellation fees will apply

30-14 days - 80% cancellation fees will apply

14 days or less - 100% cancellation fees will apply
