Presentation Guidelines

Presenting in person from the venue:

All presentations to be in 16:9 aspect ration

All presentations to be in PowerPoint Format *we cannot accept Keynote and PDF files*

All videos to be embedded in the presentations (please do not add a link in the PPT)

Please refrain from adding URLs in the presentation 

Online presenters:  

We require a pre-recording of your presentation in mp4 format to be used incase of a technical glitch.

You can present online in real time followed by Q&A.

 Should you wish to submit a pre-recording of your presentation it needs to be in mp4 format

 Please be online for Q&A.
