Registration Information
The conference currency is South African Rand (ZAR). We have added the Euro (€) equivalent in the text heading of each registration and social function fee option, for ease of reference. Please note that the Euro (€) amount is what the rate of exchange is based on at the time of this registration form set up, so it may differ from the current exchange rate. Before making payment, please make sure to calculate the current exchange rate using this exchange rate link below.
Registration deadlines
30 April 2023: Deadline for early bird registration
01 May 2023: Late registrations open
31 July 2023: Deadline for online registrations
Onsite registrations can be made at the registration desk from 5 August 2023
All proof of payments must be made emailed to meagan.whyte@uct.ac.za by 31 July 2023. Your registration will be cancelled, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed in writing by the event organisers (CMC) or local organising committee.
Onsite registration fees include the welcome function, daily teas and lunches from Sunday to Tuesday

Proof of Payments for Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) should be emailed to meagan.whyte@uct.ac.za
Adjusting registration tickets. In-person registrations can be changed to online registrations free of charge until the 31 July 2023. You will receive a refund of the price difference after the conference. Following that date, tickets may be changed if external circumstances (such as the pandemic status in Cape Town) prevent travel to Cape Town. Online registrations can be changed to onsite until the 31 July 2023. You will be required to pay the difference in the registration costs.
Cancellation Policy
A written notification of cancellation must be emailed to meagan.whyte@uct.ac.za If you have paid and cancel before the respective dates below, the following cancellation fee will apply. The balance will be refunded to you after the conference.
