The Surface Ocean–Lower Atmosphere Study (SOLAS) is an international and interdisciplinary research project on biogeochemical-physical air-sea interactions and processes.

With its first hybrid Open Science Conference, SOLAS offers the ideal programme for scientists who wish to learn and exchange about cutting edge research in the field, present their own findings, and connect with colleagues from all over the world. The hybrid format offered enables virtual exchange with minimal consequences for the environment and without an increased risk of infection with COVID-19. It is important for SOLAS that all conference participants feel comfortable and can participate in the OSC either in person or online according to their personal preferences.

A special event dedicated to Early Career Scientists is being organised in an onsite and online format.

To keep being up to date with SOLAS and the organisation of the conference, subscribe to our mailing list.
