Discussion sessions
The hybrid plenary discussion sessions are intended to provide an informal opportunity for round table discussions of SOLAS-related topics with the aim of furthering collaborations and research.
Two sessions will take place from 26-28 September 2022, at 13:30-14:50 and 15:00-16:20 SAST.

Poster sessions
There are onsite and online (gather.town) poster sessions during the conference. All posters will be visible on gather.town. There will be dedicated sessions for onsite and online posters.
Note that all posters will be available during the whole conference.
Onsite participants, please come to the registration desk as early as possible and pick up your individual poster board number and hang your poster. If you need assistance, the registration desk staff will help you.
Every poster must be presented by the indicated presenter during the dedicated time slot. The presentation must cover the material as cited in the abstract.
Printing your poster in Cape Town
Arrangements have been made with Colour Copy & Print should you wish to have your poster printed in Cape Town
The cost is R350 for an A0 sized poster
Payment to be made directly to SEM copy shop.
