In-person attendance will only be secured if payment has been received by SASA within 5 working days of registration acceptance, failing to do so will result in registration to be converted to online-only. Should payment be received after 5 working days and there is still in-person capacity, then registration will be converted back to in-person, otherwise the difference will be reimbursed. In the event that lockdown restrictions forces the conference to move to online-only, in-person tickets will be converted to online-only tickets with the difference reimbursed to the delegates. SASA will accept no responsibility for other expenses incurred by delegates.

Payment for online-only delegates should reach SASA 10 working days before the start of the conference.

In order to secure in-person tickets, we strongly suggest that delegates pay the conference fees immediately after registration and claim expenses from their employers afterwards to avoid unnecessary delays.
